Dr. Baker is a graduate of University of California Davis Medical School. He completed residency and fellowship training at UCLA Medical Center with pioneers in the field of Pain Medicine and he has lectured frequently to physicians and nurses on topics in Pain Management.

Dr. Baker was a Major in the United States Air Force Reserve and a Field Medical Readiness Instructor. He was
recognized as Field Grade Officer of the Year in the 2001 Commander’s Awards, 752nd Medical Squadron.
